Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your GAME DAY™ Hobby Kit. Because our products include factory-sealed trading card products and collectible supplies, certain conditions apply to returns.

Returns

Eligible returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the complete GAME DAY™ Hobby Kit must be:

• Unopened and unused
  
• In its original packaging
  
• In the same condition in which it was received
  
• Returned with all original components included
  
• Still sealed with any original GAME DAY™ packaging or tamper seal intact
  

Before sending a return, please contact us through our Contact Us page. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Opened Products

For the integrity of our products, opened Hobby Kits, opened blaster boxes, and opened trading card products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Once the GAME DAY™ Hobby Kit or included factory-sealed blaster box has been opened, we cannot accept a return based on the cards received, product selection, perceived value, or personal preference.

Blaster Box Selection

The blaster box included in each GAME DAY™ Hobby Kit is selected from our available inventory within the sport ordered.

Brands, products, and release years will vary. Specific blaster boxes cannot be requested or guaranteed.

Receiving a different brand, product, or release year than expected does not qualify the kit for a return, provided the blaster box received matches the sport ordered and meets the product description.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your GAME DAY™ Hobby Kit arrives damaged, contains a damaged product, is missing an item, or you receive the wrong sport, please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number and photos of the issue.

We will review the request and work with you to arrange an appropriate replacement, refund, or other resolution. Consumer protections can still apply where goods are defective or fail to meet what was promised, regardless of a retailer’s ordinary change-of-mind policy.

Return Shipping

For approved returns that are not the result of an error or damaged product, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error on our part or an eligible product issue.

Refunds

Once an eligible return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will make every effort to cancel it and issue a refund. Once an order has been shipped, our regular return policy applies.
